Listen if you are self confident enough to join a Social networking and dating Web site, entitled BeautifulPeople.com then you’re self confident enough to survive being removed from it as well.  Aren’t you?

Here’s what happened.  The site has purged newly chubby members. They were voted out for putting on weight. Seriously..this is true…but don’t most of us gain weight over the holidays? Anyway…returning to the story … more than 1,500 members in the U.S. have been sent packing. BeautifulPeople.com spokesman Greg Hodge says it was done following  “numerous complaints” against those who had gained weight. He says dismissed members were e-mailed “good advice” that included a list of weight-loss boot camps.

SELF magazine features director Sara Austin says the Web site feeds on a natural instinct for people to compare themselves with others. She says she hopes those booted off don’t have too much of their self esteem wrapped up in the site.
So is there a site for middle age chubsters?  If so, can you send me the address…just kiddin!
